Refund & Cancellation Policy
At UNIQ Permanent Makeup (Marietta/Atlanta, Georgia), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized permanent makeup services (ombre brows, lip blush, lip neutralization, and more). Due to the custom, artistic, and permanent nature of cosmetic tattooing, all sales and services are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for services that have been performed, deposits paid, or appointments attended, regardless of outcome, satisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances
Deposits & Booking
• A non-refundable deposit (typically $30–$100, depending on the service) is required to secure any appointment.
• This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, or client dissatisfaction.
• The deposit is applied toward the total service fee and covers reservation of time, preparation, and materials.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours (1 full business day) in advance via phone, email, or your booking platform.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will forfeit the deposit and may incur an additional fee up to 100% of the service price if prepaid.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in declined future bookings
Touch-Ups & Follow-Ups
Exceptions (Rare Cases)
• Touch-up sessions (typically scheduled 4–12 weeks after the initial procedure) are not included in the initial service price and are treated as a separate paid service.
• Touch-up fees are charged at a discounted rate (as quoted during your initial consultation or booking) and are required for optimal results, color retention, and adjustments.
• Touch-ups are not complimentary or free — they must be booked and paid for separately.
• If you miss or do not schedule your recommended touch-up within the advised timeframe, future sessions will be charged at the standard or full rate.
• We will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome through touch-ups, but no refunds or credits will be provided if results vary due to healing, skin type, aftercare, or other factors

• If we are unable to perform the service due to medical contraindications identified during the procedure or consultation, the deposit may be refunded or credited toward a future appointment (at our discretion).
• Product purchases (e.g., aftercare items) may be refundable within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
• No exceptions for “change of mind,” dissatisfaction with healed results, or external factors.
By booking and/or attending an appointment with UNIQ Permanent Makeup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy in full. We strongly recommend reviewing our Pre-Care, After-Care, and Contraindications sections before proceeding. Permanent makeup is a long-term commitment, and we prioritize safety, realism, and client education for beautiful, lasting results.
