These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.uniqpmu.com (the “Site”), operated by UNIQ Permanent Makeup (“we”, “us”, “our”), a permanent makeup service provider located in Marietta/Atlanta, Georgia, USA. By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or book services.
1. Use of the Site
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or book services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking or forms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel bookings at our discretion (e.g., for safety, policy violation).
• The Site is hosted on Wix.com; your use is also subject to Wix Terms of Use (https://www.wix.com/about/terms-of-use).
2. Services and Procedures
• We provide permanent cosmetic tattooing services, including but not limited to ombre brows (powder brows), lip blush, lip neutralization (dark lip correction), and related consultations/touch-ups.
• Services are artistic and cosmetic in nature; results vary based on skin type, healing, aftercare, lifestyle, and individual factors. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding color retention, exact outcome, symmetry, or longevity.
• All procedures require informed consent. You must review and sign our Consent Form (including Read Before Booking page) before any service.
• We follow Georgia Department of Public Health Body Art regulations (Chapter 511-3-8) for hygiene, sterilization, and safety.
• Photos before/after may be taken and used for your records/portfolio/marketing with your explicit consent.
3. Booking, Payments, and Deposits
• Appointments are booked via the Site, GlossGenius, or direct contact.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (applied to service fee).
• Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
• See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on deposits, cancellations, no-shows, and fees (incorporated herein by reference).
4. Touch-Ups and Follow-Ups
• Touch-up sessions (typically 4 –12 weeks post-procedure) are a separate paid service and are not included in the initial procedure price.
• Touch-ups are recommended for optimal color retention and adjustments but are optional and charged separately (discounted rate quoted at consultation).
• If not scheduled timely, future sessions are at standard rates.
5. Client Responsibilities
• You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, Accutane/isotretinoin use within 1 year, blood thinners, active skin conditions).
• Follow all pre-care and after-care instructions provided (failure may affect results and void any potential adjustments).
• You assume full responsibility for healing outcomes, allergic reactions, or complications related to non-disclosure or improper aftercare.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for dissatisfaction with results, fading, color changes, infections (if aftercare not followed), or adverse reactions (e.g., to pigments, though rare).
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
• You release us, our affiliates, and agents from claims arising from services, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Marietta, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Georgia law governs these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes posted on the Site; continued use constitutes acceptance.
9.If you show up to appointment and have previous cosmetic tattoos that the artist wasn’t aware of she may deny you as a client.
10.You can not be pregnant or nursing and get any of our services done.
11.We have the right to refuse service to anyone
